HOT CHAT WITH DAVIDO

AFRO POP Davido a.k.a Omo Olowo took the music industry by stun dropping hits after hits. In this chat, Davido speaks about his new album and lots more.

QSTN: Your fans were expecting your album last month, what happened?
ANS:    Yes, it was supposed to be released between October 1st to October 3rd. In between I was offered a distribution deal which will see the album being distributed worldwide but some things needed to be sorted out which world take at least two months. So, we’re looking at releasing the album in January next year.
QSTN: Is it true that the postponement was the fact that Wandecoal was dropping his album during that period and you did not want any clash of attention?
ANS:    No, no, no. Wandecoal is a friend, but I did not know he was dropping his album that period. It’s just because of the distribution thing
QSTN: So what next from Davido. Anything for your fans this Christmas?
ANS:    Yes, I plan to have a conc ert in December but due to the development arising from the album, it has been shifted but I plan to post an all white attired GIG.
QSTN: So where will it be happening?
ANS:    I’m already thinking of EKO HOTEL & SUITES
