DJ Soso Gospel (Moshood Abiodun) is a born again Christian of the Baptist family, hailed from Ibadan in Oyo state.  With over a decade experience in DJing and music production, he became ‘gospel DJ’ after he rededicated his life to Christ in 2011.  Born out of his love for music and a unique understanding of how music impacts lives, he co-founded Positive Vibes Entertainment (PVE) under the divine inspiration from God where they promote gospel music, gospel artistes and train young DJs.

Without reservation, he believes music is a gift from God, without which the world would not be the same.  His mission as a Christian DJ is to encourage, enlighten, and bless the Christian community through exposure to gospel music for the spirit, mind, and soul.  He strongly believes secular songs expose people especially young generation to social vices which derailed some many from things of God.                                                                                                                             
  
I think the Nigeria Gospel Industry has suffered some sort of setbacks due to piracy, finance, promotion and production.  Although, there has been progressive changes in music production and video clips but, not enough compare to secular industry.  Gospel ambition is no more seen as a hobby rather, it is now a ministry where souls are drawn to Christ.  So, gospel artistes should see their self as an evangelist in search for lost sheep through music’

‘Everyone has their unique call 1 Samuel 3:4-14 and the gift of the Spirit differs.  The manner which you handle it has to do with your personal conviction and, a clear understanding of God’s plan for you.  Though there will be difficulties but, God will make a way out’.

‘If God has made us in His image, in other words, as small gods we should be passionate in serving the Father wholeheartedly.  Just like Apostle Paul, we should crave for an encounter with Christ day by day. My vision and mission was made glared in Luke 9:23, Psalm 119:11’

He holds Higher National Diploma and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic and University of Lagos respectively.  He’s currently an in-house gospel DJ for Metro FM 97:7 and has several gospel mixtape to his credit.
